Welcome to My Grand Floridian, a beautiful canal-front home with a dock, decks with gulf and bay views, and a private swimming pool, that’s just a quick three-minute walk to Manatee County Beach! This three-level home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms that accommodate up to ten guests. Your friends and family can relax and connect over conversation, games, or a movie in the living area. Make meals and snacks in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a spacious island, and countertop seating. You and your guests can enjoy meals together in the dining area or on the delightful, covered lanai where you can enjoy the ocean breeze as you dig into your delicious island-inspired meals and Anna Maria Island take-out.

After a long day of exploring the island, retreat to the primary bedroom to relax in the soaking tub, unwind in the sitting area, or enjoy the island views and a drink on the balcony. Guests will feel like they never left the beach in the colorful second bedroom with plenty of storage space and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has soft coastal hues where they can listen to the palms rustle in the breeze and refresh in the ensuite bathroom’s shower and tub combination. The fourth bedroom has a calming nautical theme and a large closet for storing vacation essentials. Younger guests will delight in the fifth bedroom with a full bunk bed, recreation, and storage space. The fourth and fifth bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The second floor features a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The backyard is a tropical paradise with so many features every guest will love. The pool is nestled in a lush landscape and features a sun shelf and a bistro table for guests to keep cool while enjoying the island sunshine. The lanai has dining and conversational seating for guests to relax and enjoy the breeze, or they can lounge in the sun on one of the lounge chairs. The dock has underwater lighting to attract fish and a cleaning table to conveniently prepare your catch, then cook it to perfection on the patio grill. Practice your game on the putting green and challenge your guests to a friendly game of ping-pong. Enjoy fantastic peeks at the Gulf and beach from the upper-level balconies and roof-top decks, which are perfect for morning coffee and sunset drinks. Catch the free island trolley from the nearby stop to explore more of the island or grab the provided chairs for a fun day at the beach. Plenty of options for boat rentals, charters, tours, and shopping will make your Anna Maria Island vacation fantastic.

-Fifth Bedroom, 3rd floor: Full bunk, tv, and jack & jill bathroom.

*Please note: 5 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
