This three-bedroom and three-bathroom retreat is located on a quiet cul de sac and is just a few blocks from the dreamy Gulf of Mexico beaches, and shopping and dining are easily accessible via a short walk or the Island's free trolley.

On the main living floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with Tuscan-inspired tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar for two. Enjoy formal meals at the indoor or outdoor dining tables on the balcony and take advantage of the Florida weather. There is a sunken living room with two large sofas and a TV.

Walk up the stairs to the primary bedroom, with a lovely coastal flare and a fabulous private balcony with wicker seating and great views. The primary bedroom has a claw foot tub, a step-in shower stall, a bidet, and two pedestal sinks. The second bedroom is light and airy with a TV and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is perfect for younger guests, with two bunk beds, and shares the hall bath with two pedestal sinks and a tub. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available, and the living room sofa turns into a sleeper sofa.
