- oThis is the sister cottage to Cove View cottage and both cottages may be rented together for larger groups (together would accommodate 12 people).
One of the nicest features of this property is the shared use of the deck that overlooks Folly Cove and which guests may use for sunning or as the launching point for swims in the crystalline waters of the cove. Enter the cottage through the back door by walking through the large and verdant lawn, into a small den with a TV and a half bath. The living room has views of the water (just across the street) and off of the living room is a nice screened area with views and a granite floor. The large open space of the dining room and kitchen will be where everyone congregates.
Upstairs are 4 bedrooms (3 with air conditioning units) and a small bath with a tub and shower. The laundry facilities are in their own outbuilding and shared with the other cottage. Tandem driveway parking for 2 cars.
