This home is a truly magnificent three-level, six-bedroom home offering spacious accommodation in one of the nicest locations on the Island, around its northernmost tip which is blessed with unspoiled white sandy beaches, an abundance of marine life and is so peaceful and tranquil that it would have you believe that you are alone on your own private island. Not only is this home located on a large lot on an exclusive residential street but it is just a short walk (6 houses, direct access) from the beaches of Bean Point along the Gulf of Mexico. This house is the perfect accommodation for everyone from a small family to a multi-family vacation to a wedding party.

In this house, you will see luxury at its finest but also feel the comfort ideal during any vacation. The home is beautifully and tastefully furnished and decorated with no expense spared. It has marble and wood floors throughout and granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathrooms. It also has ample parking in the double garage and driveway.

The surrounding area is like a tropical garden with mature trees and plants offering privacy and shade. Pull up a chair and relax next to a heated lagoon pool, with an abundance of seating, hot tub. . A gas barbecue grill is provided for outdoor cooking. A spacious poolside room with a plethora of recreation including a ping-pong table leads into a double garage and access to the first floor of the home.

On the first floor is an open-plan kitchen, lounge area and dining area, with double doors leading out onto a spacious, balcony overlooking the pool and containing a staircase leading down to the pool area. The comfortable and flexible living area is casually but elegantly furnished with a huge flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo system and luxurious seating. The dining area contains a large wooden dining table with seating for eight offering plenty of room for family meals and conversation. The luxurious kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with all of the modern amenities you need to prepare your meals including cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, bake ware, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee pot and blender. The kitchen also contains state-of-the-art major appliances including a French-door-style refrigerator complete with water and ice maker, dishwasher, range and microwave.

One of the two master suites is also on the first floor, which contains a balcony with seating, king -size bed, flat screen TV, walk-in wardrobe and large bathroom. Nearby is a half bathroom, huge closet and laundry room.

Five further bedrooms are found upstairs, which include one additional master suite with king -size bed, flat screen TV, three additional queen bedrooms, with bathrooms; and another bedroom which contains two bunk beds sleeping four in this room. . Each bedroom contains luxurious linens, an abundance of storage space, walk-in wardrobes, modern furniture and beautiful decor. A seventh room functions as an additional living room or game room with a huge flat screen TV and sofa. This room also has doors opening to an additional covered balcony overlooking the pool and containing a spiral staircase leading to a rooftop deck with breathtaking panoramic Gulf to Bay views. One further bathroom and huge closet complete the upstairs area.

** If you would like to have your pool heated, we kindly ask that you please contact Beach House Real Estate at least 10 days prior to your arrival so that it ensures us ample time to fulfill your request. We do offer pool heat as needed as a courtesy to our guests at no additional charge. All of our pools and pool equipment are closely monitored by the pool company for your safety, we kindly ask that the controls not be tampered with- most of the systems are locked for this reason. Due to the island's strict 10pm noise ordinance, the pool heaters will not run overnight. Please remember, outdoor spas are not hot tubs (some properties have a spa, some have a hot tub). Generally speaking, our winter months are considered from November through April. During these months we do our best to ensure that the pools are heated to a temperature of 82 degrees. However, please be aware that even in Central Florida we do occasionally get cold spells that can send the temperatures down into the 30's for a few nights in a row. This will cause the pool water temperature to draw down to in the 70's and a pool pump will automatically shut down if the outside temperature gets too cold. The pump will then kick back on in the morning and begin re-heating of the pool back to 82, which may take several days depending on the severity of the cold spell. Ultimately, these situations are beyond our control. Other issues such as severe weather conditions, equipment malfunction, temporary loss of use of equipment or amenities due to maintenance purposes or other items do happen for time to time. Please be aware that Beach House Real Estate cannot issue refunds during your stay based on acts of God. However, please know that in the rare event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Beach House Real Estate will do everything in our power to expedite repairs as quickly as possible as we certainly want you to enjoy your heated pool and Florida sunshine to the fullest extent possible!
