Step down to the Summer room with couches and a TV for the kids or walk outside to a private patio with an outdoor shower. You can boil up the lobsters and clams in the fully equipped kitchen and dine inside or out as your mood dictates. You will rest easy with 3 bedrooms after a full day of Cape Cod Summer League baseball, fishing, boating, hiking,surfing or just taking in the many activities the Town of Orleans and the Lower Cape have to offer. Please note: there is also an attached farmhouse which may be rented to accommodate larger families. Come and make your own History in Beautiful East Orleans. Foosball table in summer porch!!

10 minute walk to Nauset Beach is the selling point for this property. Also it is a short drive to the National Seashore beaches. Great area restaurants and not far from Harwich Port ferry to Nantucket. The house is a little dated with tiny bathrooms but it was clean and well stocked with basic supplies.

Great Location The property is in very good shape. The photos are accurate. There are 2 separate units in a common building. Each with separate entrance. Our unit had an enclosed courtyard with gas grill, table, and outdoor shower. There is plenty of parking. It has 3 air conditioners (1 in living room, 1 in 2 of the bedrooms). It is a 10 min walk to Nauset beach. Numerous restaurants in Orleans about 10 min away by car. The WiFi worked great. We had a great relaxing vacation!
