This 3-bedroom condo on the third floor has western Gulf views. Beachside Villas 531 has a bright and clean white kitchen with everything you need to have a perfect 30A vacation. You will love the modern updates and the soft, relaxing colors. 531 can accommodate up to 8 guests. All bedrooms and the living area have TVs for your entertainment. To simplify packing and vacation planning for your family, the owner provided a Pack 'n play and a highchair.
It's a great place to spend a relaxing evening, sipping your favorite cocktail and taking in the beautiful Gulf views. You'll feel a sense of calm and peace from the salt water breezes. You're on vacation, relax!

You can enjoy a day at the beach by heading down to your access point at the end of San Roy Road. It is only a four-minute walk. Both the Gulf and Eastern Lake are available to you. This beach is 2+ acres in size and is recommended for Beachside Villas guests. Beachside Villas offers transportation to and from this beach access via a golf cart service, from May 1 through August.
Beachside Villas is a family-friendly resort. You can play tennis or shuffleboard. You can take in the sun at one of the two pools. One of the pools can be heated during the winter. You can grill up a delicious barbecue feast on one the community charcoal grills. The location is amazing. It's quiet and private, but you can still find everything you need on your 30A vacation, including great restaurants, shops, golf courses, bike rentals, and even golf courses. Only a few miles from the resort are Rosemary Beach and Seaside.
With every booking, receive a credit towards rental gear that you can use for various items, such as bikes, beach bonfires or tours/experiences. The credit amount will vary depending on the property's size and length. There are certain restrictions, exclusions, and limitations.

Absolutely loved it and would live ther if I could! Only thing that was different was the view from the pics online isn’t accurate and needs updated cuz there’s 4 buildings built and blocking the views shown online but still can see the gulf just not as much as shown

This rental was close to the beach, good patio view of the beach. The only downside was the construction across the street. The noise started about 6 am. And the new house blocks part of the view of the beach. The pictures need to be updated! Otherwise, a good stay.

To our surprise the room was updated compared to the pictures. All of the utilities and appliances worked very well with no issues. Location is perfect to the beach as it only takes a few minutes to have your toes in the sand. The only negative thing to say is..... Construction. And I dont mean construction in this particular condo. The view from the balcony picture should be updated. You no longer have a clear view of the gulf. You now have three story buildings just to the right of the Boardwalk. The construction started around 730 am each day and you can definitely hear it inside the room. Especially when the crane operators start up at 800 am. Each concrete column took 30 minutes to put into the ground with super loud banging. They were working fast so construction should be done soon. All that being said, I would stay in this condo again.

The week at Beachside Villas was excellent as always. Have stayed in building 4 & 9 & 10 previously. This is 2nd year in #531. Views are outstanding. Beach was perfect for 3 yr. old grandson, and he loved the pool as well. Dog track, Zooworld, & Santa Rosa Golf Club all close enough to enjoy as well. Alligator in lake was a great new addition. Spaghetti & Meatball pizza at Pizza By the Sea great for kids.
Be back again next year. Thanks for the condo, from the Schnell's in Evansville, In.

We had a wonderful time at Beachside Villas. It was so close to the beach and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The condo contained everything we needed and we loved the way they had it decorated. Our daughter had just graduated from college and it gave us some valuable time to spend with her before she goes off to graduate school. All the arrangements went perfectly. We want to return and hope to be able to get this condo again.
