This condo has been professionally renovated and is available for your vacation. Only steps away from the beautiful, white sandy beaches of Emerald Coast and Eastern Lake. You can bring your family and friends to relax at the beach or with the tennis courts. Or, you can enjoy the many activities like shuffleboard, fishing, biking and crabbing.
This condo is located on the third floor. Each room has a TV. The master bedroom has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 sets of twin-over–twin bunks. Perfect for the kids! ).
You can enjoy a day at the beach by heading down to your access point at the end of San Roy Road. It is only a four-minute walk. Both the Gulf and Eastern Lake are available to you. This beach is 2+ acres in size and is recommended for Beachside Villas guests. Beachside Villas offers transportation to and from this beach access via a golf cart service, from May 1 through August.
Beachside Villas is a family-friendly resort. You can play tennis or shuffleboard. You can take in the sun at one of the two pools. One of the pools can be heated during the winter. You can grill up a delicious barbecue feast on one the community charcoal grills. The location is amazing. It's quiet and private, but you can still find everything you need on your 30A vacation, including great restaurants, shops, golf courses, bike rentals, and even golf courses. Only a few miles from the resort are Rosemary Beach and Seaside.

The complex was on the beach, so easy to walk to and from unit. Best part was no stairs and the beach was quiet, easy to find a place to set up for the day. Unit was clean and decorated nicely. Bedroom set up was perfect for 8 people comfortably. I would stay there again!
