This renovated and redecorated condominium sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, located on the 2nd floor. You name it and it has been refreshed - flooring, paint and of course, the TVs. Take some time on your vacation to cook up gourmet meals in the updated kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters.
Both bathrooms have been completely updated with bright and clean finishes. The master bath features a large shower and the guest bathroom has tub/shower combo. All curtains have been upgraded to blackout versions to keep that Florida sunshine at bay when you're in for movie night ... or just trying to catch some extra zzz's.

If you’re ready for a beach day, head down to your access right at the end San Roy Road, about a 4-minute walk. Enjoy both the Gulf and Eastern Lake. This is a 2+ acre stretch of beach with plenty of room and is the recommended beach for your stay at Beachside Villas. And, for your convenience, Beachside Villas provides transportation to and from this beach access via golf cart service from May 1 through August.
Beachside Villas has such a great family-friendly atmosphere. Enjoy a game of shuffleboard or tennis. Soak up the sun at either one of the 2 pools. One of the pools is heated seasonally. Grill up an amazing BBQ feast on one of the community charcoal grills. The location can't be beat - quiet and secluded but close to everything you'd want to do on your 30A vacation: fantastic restaurants, shops, golf courses, and bike rentals. Seaside and Rosemary Beach are just a few miles away.

My family stayed here for our spring break. There were four of us, and it was the perfect size! It is a short walk to the beach. Behind the condo is a great pond where my husband and son did some fishing on the cloudy days. The dining room was the site of many games being played. It was a wonderful trip,and we plan to stay there again!

Everything was very nice, we enjoyed being right next to the pool. Easy beach access. The only complaint my husband had was the size of the TVs, especially in the master bedroom.

Great spot near the beach

Great spot very convenient to restaurants and shops and a very short walk to the beach. The complex is pretty quiet - we did not really hear anyone else. Very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.
The mattresses are on the hard side but not uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room is also not super comfortable, but we weren’t spending a lot of time watching tv so not that big a deal!

Overall our experience was positive and we really liked staying here. It was a nice condo, nice layout, bathrooms very clean, plenty of room for our family of 4. There were a few things that we noticed needing inprovement. One was the screen door leading to the balcony was very hard to open and close, track was old and sandy. The couch in the livingroom was uncomfortable (seemed old) and the master bedroom TV had no remote. The main complaint, though, I would say, is that there were ants in the kitchen and they got into some of our food even though it was put away. I do feel that overall it was a good condo and clean, just needs a little maintenance.

We have been visiting Beachside Villas for the last 16 years. Every time is wonderful! I wanted to pass on a couple of items that may need your attention. There is a light bulb out in the master bath. The smoke detector may be too sensitive. It went off each and every time we opened the oven. After preheating to put something in etc. We ended up having to man the smoke detector every time the oven was open by have someone fan the air under the smoke detector to have an alarm free dinner. It was funny to us but may not be something other visitors may enjoy. The WiFi signal is very weak. My husband and I both have jobs where checking in while on vacation is necessary and we had a very difficult time. We connected to 922 or used our hot spot at times.

Our family spent a fantastic week in Unit 923 at Beachside Villas. The unit was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The unit it perfectly placed next to the main pool, tennis courts, and fishing pond. There was so much to do besides laying out on gorgeous white sand beaches. We will return!

Stayed during Spring Break! Beachside Villas is a great family complex in a perfect location! This condo had just been updated and was really nice! The weather was perfect and we really enjoyed the heated pool. We also played tennis, rode bikes and walked the beach everyday. Also, having a washer/dryer in the unit was great. The restaurants along 30A are wonderful. We were close to Seaside and Rosemary beach which are great places for shopping. Check-in was also very smooth with the ease of having the coded locks we went right to our condo when we arrived. The on-site office at Beachside, staffed by Garrett Realty, was really handy to have when we needed to ask questions about the area. We definitely will be back to Seagrove and Beachside Villas 923. Thanks for a great vacation!
