This condo is 1 bedroom, 2nd floor at Beachwood Villas. Enjoy the tennis from your large balcony. You will feel relaxed and at ease as soon as your eyes open to the whitewashed hardwood floors and newly renovated kitchen. After a fun night, the queen-sized coastal chic bedroom awaits you. The sleeper sofa is available for your children or guests.
Many local shops and restaurants are within walking distance. You can walk to the Gulf of Mexico's beautiful white sands and clear waters by taking a leisurely stroll across the street. Beachwood Villas has 2 pools, one of which is heated year-round, tennis courts and shuffleboard. There's also plenty of green space and an outdoor play area for children. Are you looking for adventure? Rent a bike to ride along scenic Highway 30A. Visit Grayton Beach State Park and Seaside.
