Vacation in style! This great 2-story beach house is located in beautiful Seagrove Beach, just a bike ride from famous Seaside along Scenic 30A. Not only are you steps away from sugar white sand, this house also features a large inviting heated pool.

The beautiful 1st floor has 3 bedrooms plus a cozy living area, wet bar and large laundry room. Out the front door is a nicely landscaped yard with room for little ones to play and out the back door is the amazing private pool. There's plenty of patio space for lounging and relaxing with a drink.

The 2nd floor features an oversized kitchen that opens to the living and dining areas. Up here you'll also find an additional bedroom and a convenient half bathroom. Sit back and enjoy Gulf views as you dine or entertain in the open concept area. The back balcony overlooks the pool and on the front balcony you can relax with a cold beverage to enjoy wonderful views of the Gulf.

And with TVs in every bedroom plus each living room and cable + wireless internet - your entertainment options are covered for rainy days or at the end of a long day at the beach or pool.

Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right around the corner from the home. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
