Enjoy your vacation in style This beautiful 2-story beach house is located in beautiful Seagrove Beach. It is just a short bike ride from the famous Seaside along Scenic 30A. This house is just steps from the white sand and features a large heated pool.
The bright and cheerful first floor features 3 bedrooms, a gathering area, and a wet bar. The front door opens onto a beautifully landscaped yard that offers plenty of space for children to play.
The second floor includes an oversized kitchen, living/dining area, and a master bedroom. The open-plan area allows you to relax and enjoy the Gulf views while you entertain or dine. The floor's one side has a balcony that overlooks the pool. On the other side, you can enjoy a cold beverage on the large porch that offers a stunning view of the Gulf.
You can enjoy WiFi internet, 6 flat-screen TVs, and HD cable for all of your entertainment needs.

Enjoyed the house - very clean, great layout and location. House is outdated but location makes up for older decor. During our visit we found ourselves in the middle of a hurricane, we were all safe. Disappointed in the rental service as they did not have measures in place to ensure everything was taken care of at the house. we were not able to use the pool due to debris, disappointed they didn’t have service providers available

We had a magnificent stay. The home was beautiful, clean and accommodating for my parents and my family. Waking up to having coffee overlooking the ocean, to late night swims on the heated pool, and all the wonderful adventures on the beach are memories that will last a lifetime. We recently returned from our second trip to Seaside/Santa Rosa, staying each time @ Ethridge II. LOVE the house, - ample space (sleeping & entertaining) for the kids and adults, just a couple of doors from the beach entrance, and walking distance to downtown Seaside. Well stocked (dishes, gadgets, appliances, etc) kitchen with ample seating for all. We arrived and departed after Garrett's office hours and easily picked up/dropped off key. Pool is on the 30A side of the house so it's not as quiet as laying out at the beach but traffic noise was not by any means bothersome (especially not over the sounds of the excited kids in the pool) and bushes provide good visual barrier. Would love to stay @ Ethridge II again.
