It is located in Seacrest's heart just off the 30A. You are all welcome to the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Beautiful flooring runs throughout the house creating a perfect harmony between beauty and warmth. The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect place for chefs, with its large island and plenty of prep space. The large living area features a sectional sofa and a cozy sectional. It is ideal for movie nights or relaxing in the lounge. The 65-inch Smart TV with cable and soundbar will be a big hit. The mudroom is located in the back of your house and includes a washer/dryer and utility sink. It also has a barn door that blocks sound from the laundry room when it's in use. You can also spend a quiet evening outdoors by the firepit, sipping your favorite cocktail. This family-friendly home has many outdoor spaces for enjoying the great outdoors. You will find the Gulf's emerald waters and sugary white sand here. The owner has provided 4 beach chairs for you to use. SEACREST BEACH Seacrest is a beautiful location with beautiful beaches, coast dunes lakes and open green spaces. It is close to many of your favorite 30A communities such as Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside and Seagrove Beach. The Gulf Coast has many dining and shopping options. The scenic route 30A runs 19 miles along a paved bike path. This makes it easy to get around. * Parking for 2 cars * Benchmark cannot guarantee the owner-provided amenities All guests receive a Benchmark Welcome Bag with an initial starter kit. This includes 1 roll paper towel, 1 dish spoon and 1 dish soap. There are 2 dishwasher pods, 1 trashcan liner, and 2 dish spoons. Each guest will receive 1 washcloth/body towels, 2 hand towels per bath, and 2 washing machine pods.
