Property Description

Welcome to Adrift + Float in the Eastern Lake Estates community. This 4-bedroom home (Adrift), and 3-bedroom carriage house are perfect for extended families or multi-family vacations. You'll find the private pool and hot spa between both homes. It also features a gas grill and a dining table so it makes for a great backyard gathering space.
ADRIFT - MAIN HOME

1ST FLOOR - You are greeted with a comfortable sectional and a large dining area for 8. The bright and clean kitchen is ready for the chefs in the group. There's also room for additional seating at center island. You'll find a bunk area just off the kitchen with a set full-over-full bunks, full trundle and an additional twin bed withtrundle (and a television). This level has a full bathroom, conveniently located between the bunk room and the kitchen.
2ND FLOOR - All 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 king) upstairs have TVs and private bathrooms. The master bedroom with king size bed has a private bathroom with separate shower and soaker tub. It also has access to a larger private balcony with a chaise lounge and chair. This is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee.
AFLOAT – CARRIAGE HOUSE

You'll find "Afloat", a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom carriage home for "Adrift" on the other side.
1ST FLOOR - The full kitchen features a gas range as well as plenty of storage cabinets. You can sit at the counter with 3 others and at the table with 4 more. The open-plan area is bright and airy, which will allow you to relax. Bedroom 1 has twin-over-twin beds and a private bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, seating area and a private bathroom. It also has patio access. If needed, the large chair in the seating area can easily be made into a twin.
2ND FLOOR - Take the spiral staircase up to the master retreat. Bedroom 3 is the complete 2nd floor. It has a queen bed, a private bathroom, reading corner, wet bar and access to the balcony. This space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sun. Follow the steps to reach the small, shaded backyard with a gas barbecue.
THE AREA

When it comes to food, you can't be the place. There are great local options for lunch and dinner, as well as coffee and donuts within walking distance. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere surrounding all your options.
Are you feeling adventurous? Rent a bike to ride the 20-mile Timpoochee bicycle trail, which runs along the entire length of 30A. To the West, visit Grayton Beach State Park and Seaside. Head east to discover Seagrove Beach and the beautiful coastal communities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Explore the charming shops, great restaurants, and beautiful state parks within each community.
