BEACH ACCESS
Continue out of the subdivision and cross 30A. Turn right onto the walking trail. This will take you to your beach access, Pelayo. Distance: .1 miles | Time: 3 minutes walking

GULF MIST
As you stroll to the Seagrove Beach neighborhood swimming pool, white picket fences will be adorning the lawns. This cozy community of Gulf Mist cottages is just across Scenic 30A from South Walton's beautiful beaches. You can walk just 30A to the beach access, and you will be able to get your toes in sand in minutes.
SEAGROVE BEACH
Seagrove Beach is named for the thick oak grove that runs along its coastline. It is located in the heart 30A. Seaside, Grayton and WaterColor are all within a mile or so to the west, while Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach are a few miles east. There is no better place to enjoy all that 30A has to provide!
