Property Description

Enjoy a relaxing time on the patio with a drink and the sights and sounds of the beaches at 30A.
You will love the attention to detail in this room. The beautiful kitchen island is located in the center of the room so you can watch the Gulf's waves crash ashore. 12A has a luxurious king-sized bedroom, and 2 additional guests can sleep on the murphy bed under the TV in living room. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and is spa-like.

EMERALD HILL
This community is located on the south side Highway 30A in the heart Seagrove Beach. It has a large sunken pool and a private beach entrance. You will have quick access to the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches. This complex is located directly in front of the 19-mile paved bike/walk trail that runs the length of Highway 30A. The property is centrally located and close to everything. A Publix grocery store and a Tom Thumb gasoline station are both within walking distance. This family-friendly complex is close to many of the area's most renowned state parks.
You can experience the Emerald Coast from your front door. There are shops, restaurants, bike riding and shore fishing. Kayaking, snorkeling and other water sports are all available. Emerald Hill is located in the ideal location for easy access to everything you need from your 30A vacation rental.
SEAGROVE BEACH
Seagrove Beach is named for the thick oak grove that runs along its coast. It is located in the heart 30A. You won't find a better place to enjoy all that 30A has to provide. Are you feeling adventurous? Rent a bike, and you can ride the 20-mile Timpoochee bicycle trail right in front. To the West, visit Grayton Beach State Park and Seaside. Head east to discover Seagrove Beach and the beautiful coastal communities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Explore the charming shops, great restaurants, and beautiful state parks within each community.
