Property Description

Legacy 304, Tide Lines offers modern comfort for 8 guests and plenty of space. The amazing balcony extends the living space to an open concept. Tide Lines includes a free seasonal beach setup and 2 additional beach chairs.
These stunning views of turquoise waves are hard to resist. These stunning views of the Gulf are yours from the couch, master bedroom, or balcony. This 2300-square-foot unit is located on the third floor and has 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms. You can take a dip in the swimming pool or go to the private beach access downstairs.
Tide Lines features an open kitchen and large bar that opens to the living room. This allows for entertaining the whole family while you cook. Fully equipped with everything a home chef needs. After you have finished your drink, you can go to the balcony to take in the sunset.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Bedroom 1: King bed, SmartTV, Gulf-views, balcony access and King bed Private bathroom with dual sinks, tub and large shower. Bathroom with tub/shower combination in shared hallway Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV.
Bedroom 4: 2 twin beds, TV, DVD player.

The Legacy, a 4-story condo located in the heart Seagrove Beach, is "The Legacy". Stay here and enjoy the highest level of luxury. The Legacy is close to fine dining restaurants along scenic 30A. Seaside and Rosemary Beach can be reached in a matter of minutes. This gated community offers private beach access and a Gulf-front pool. There are also elevators.
FREE AMENITY CREDIT
With every booking, receive a credit towards rental gear that you can use for various items, such as bikes, beach bonfires or tours/experiences. The credit amount will vary depending on the property's size and length. There are certain restrictions, exclusions, and limitations.

All guests receive a Benchmark welcome bag with an initial starter kit of amenities. This includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish spoon, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods and 1 trashcan liner. You will receive 1 washcloth/body towel per guest, 2 hand towels per bathroom and 2 washing machine pods.
