The large island and kitchen overlook the living room, making it easy to have conversations while you prepare dinner or pack snacks for the beach. The dining area opens to the rest of your room, making it easy to entertain and eat in. The 1st floor also includes a half bathroom and a laundry area.
One of the 2 suites is located on the 1st level, with 3 additional bedrooms upstairs (including a 2nd suite). Both suites have large private bathrooms. All this plus the amazing amenities at NatureWalk. There is no better place to spend your beach vacation.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Private bathroom with dual sinks and tub, as well as a shower and bathtub. 2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: Full-over-full bunk bed.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: King bed, TV.
2nd floor, Bedroom 4: 2 queen-sized beds, TV, and private balcony. Private bathroom with dual vanities, tub, and shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3, share a hallway bathroom with dual sinks, a combo shower/tub combination, and a shared toilet.
BEACH ACCESS
Continue out of the neighborhood on 395 until you reach your beach access (where 30A and 395 meet). This route covers approximately 2.1 miles. You can also use the NatureWalk Lilly Lane Beach Trail close to The Gathering Place. This trail will take you through Point Washington State Forest to San Juan Avenue. This will take you from the San Juan public beaches access (about 1 mi) to 30A.
NATUREWALK AT SEAGROVE
You can enjoy many amenities when you stay at NatureWalk, including a hot tub, multiple pools, a hot spa, grills, firepits, and a community center called the Gathering Place. Pickleball and basketball courts are available, as well as walking trails, a volleyball pit, and a gym. NatureWalk's ideal location places you just minutes from WaterColor or Seaside, where you will find a wide range of shopping, dining, entertainment, and dining options. Just a few minutes away, you can take a dip in the Gulf of Mexico waters.

With every booking, receive a credit towards rental gear that you can use for various items, such as bikes, beach bonfires or tours/experiences. The credit amount will vary depending on the property's size and length. There are certain restrictions, exclusions, and limitations.
