The Blue Ridge Mountain Club, a gated mountain community, has over 40 miles of hiking, biking, walking and UTV trails. There is a swimming hole and over 64 miles private fishing streams. The Chetola Sporting Preserve offers trap and sporting clays shooting, a gun range, and an archery course. Trap shooting is available as a guided adventure on a 13 station course. Fly fishing trips in the private waters can be booked. The Ascent Wellness and Fitness Center, located next to the condos, offers a wide range of fitness and wellness services. It has state-of-the-art equipment, yoga studios and exercise studios. Facilitated classes are also available. Guests can access the center for $10 per day during the hours of staff. The new Lookout Grill can be found adjacent to the Fitness Center. This casual restaurant features an indoor/outdoor patio bar overlooking the stunning mountain views. The Watson Gap Village offers plenty of space to enjoy time with family and friends. The Watson Gap Pavilion, a nearby social gathering place, has an outdoor fireplace, grilling/barbecuing station, and other amenities for guests. The Watson Gap Pavilion can be used for spontaneous events as well as planned ones. It hosts more than 20 social events every year and can host weddings or other special occasions. The Events Lawn is a large space that can accommodate large events, concerts, and other activities. It can hold hundreds of people all at once. This condo has a wheelchair-friendly lift. The condo is located on top floor with a one-level design. The unit has an open floorplan, wide hallways, and a dining room with a banquet style table. It also features a great space that includes a linen sofa, leather armchairs, and a comfortable linen couch. A Bose stereo system and a large HDTV are also included. The kitchen is a cook's dream, with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a large island with additional seating. The kitchen has both a Keurig and a regular espresso machine. All of the above areas have long-range views. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, high-ceilings, a large TV and a comfortable leather chair. It also has a private bathroom. The master suite features a private outdoor deck with comfortable seating. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and an HDTV. The second bathroom is also accessible from the bedroom. The second door in the hallway allows access from there. The sofa in the great room can accommodate an extra person. It is not a fold-out. You can also use an air mattress from the closet for additional sleeping. The propane fire table in the middle of the outdoor couch can be used as a coffee table, or you can remove the flat lid and light the fire to enjoy a romantic evening. The Craig Building features a large common room on the first floor, as well as an intimate sitting area upstair. These areas are shared by the eight other residences. This condo is part of a shared wall community. It has quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM on Sunday through Thursday. Please consider these parameters to ensure that your group’s needs and plans can be met within them. The condo can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably (the owners do not want more).
