The house can accommodate up to 14 guests. The house is available in all four seasons. Gloria Hill is less than one mile from Beech Mountain Ski Resort. Buckeye Lake Recreation Center can be found nearby. The Buckeye Lake Recreation Center has indoor and outdoor soccer, volleyball softball, basketball and softball courts. There is also an obstacle-course, a playground and an outdoor climbing structure. The dining and living room are open plan on the main floor. It also has custom European Oak flooring. The great room is furnished with contemporary furniture that faces the HDTV and outside view. The main dining room can comfortably seat up to eight people, and comes with two extra corner chairs as well as a bar top. The adjacent breakfast table can accommodate four more people. The adjacent kitchen and dining room can accommodate up 16 guests. The custom kitchen includes Quartz countertops, shaker-style contemporary cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a cooktop. The main floor also has a powder/half-bathroom. The master suite is located on the main level. The master suite has cathedral ceilings with Pecky Cypress, a king size mattress, an HD Smart Tv and a private bathroom with double vanities for both men and women, a large tiled bath with frameless glass doors, and a separate soak bathtub. The wrap-around decks on the primary and lower levels offer views of the Beech Mountain Golf Course and the surrounding mountains. The main deck has a gas barbecue, an outdoor dining area, and plenty of comfortable seating. The lower deck is home to the hot tub, and provides more outdoor living space. The lower parking lot is paved and has a fire pit. It also has steps on the exterior that lead there. The loft has an opening railing. This loft has stunning views. The loft looks down on the great space, and up to the vaulted Cypress Wood Tongue-and-Groove ceilings. A queen bedroom comes with an HD Smart TV. The bunk room has a queen-over-queen log-hewn beds and an HD Smart TV. They share a central bathroom that has a bathtub and combo shower. Both bedrooms feature vaulted ceilings, and the queen-sized bedroom offers stunning views of the long range. The lower level has a large family area with a den, and accent walls made of reclaimed barnwood. It has an HD Smart TV, a Nintendo Game Cube console and surround sound. There is also a BluRay player and a tray-ceiling that helps to localize audio. The slate pool table can be used to access the lower-level deck. The lower-level suite features a king bed, an HD Smart TV and a private bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The lower level has a bunk room. The bedroom has a queen-over-queen log-hewn bunk bed, and an HD SmartTV. Downstairs, there is a second full bathroom. The bunk room and the family area have access to it. Sugar Mountain Ski Resort is only 9.5 miles away if you want to take a break. Boone and Blowing Rock are only 20 miles apart. Valle Crucis with the Original Mast General Store and the Riverfront Park is only 13 miles away. Watauga Lake is less than 20 miles away, and Tweetsie Railroad is about 24 miles.
