Black Bear Retreat, a luxurious mountain home with five bedrooms, is located near the golf course and clubhouse on Beech Mountain. Black Bear Retreat has a main level with cathedral ceilings and a great room that features a stone fireplace and gas logs. There is also a HD Smart TV and comfortable leather furniture. The adjacent dining area can comfortably seat up to 12 people. The kitchen has a central island with 3 additional bar stools and a high-top Bistro with 4 extra seats. Black Bear Retreat has dining and kitchen seating for up to 19 people. The kitchen features granite countertops, upgraded appliances and ample storage. The wood stove has a brick hearth, a solid wooden mantle, and a solid wood fireplace. Off the kitchen is a fun and comfortable den. It has a HD SmartTV, comfortable furniture, a washer/dryer in the laundry room, and a small kitchen. On the main floor, there is also a powder room and a king-sized bedroom with HD Smart TV. Three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom features a king bed, a HD Smart TV, and sliding glass doors leading to a Juliette Deck. The master suite also has a private ensuite bathroom with a large slate-tile shower, frameless sliding glass doors, a long granite double vanity, and a water toilet with bidet/toilet. The Juliette deck with glass doors offers stunning views of the golf course and mountains. The upper level features a second king-sized bedroom with an HD Smart TV. The lower level bathroom has a jetted bathtub with shower, granite countertops and vanity tables. The main level of the rear deck has many outdoor tables that can accommodate up to 12 people, a large hot-tub and a gas barbecue.
