On the ground level, there are two king en suite bedrooms, a kids' bunk room (two sets of twin bunk beds with individual video screens), and the first of two laundry areas (including a full-size washer and dryer and an indoor beach shower). There is also a 2-car garage and ample parking around the house for multiple vehicles.
From the ground floor, the stairs (or the elevator) lead to the open concept living space on the second floor. The gourmet kitchen features expansive marble counter tops, high-end stainless steel appliances, pecky sinker cypress cabinets, and three wine coolers. The formal dining area is complete with an 8 seat dining table and smaller 6 seat kids' dining table. There are also 6 bar stools at the breakfast bar for extra seating. A half bath is located on this floor.
The second floor also has a separate coffee bar and a formal bar with ice machine in the living area. There are two separate conversation areas in the living space with comfortable sofas and chairs to socialize with your group while either watching a game on the big screen television or relaxing in front of the fireplace. Double doors lead to the large, private deck, complete with a grill, an outdoor dining table, and more conversational seating areas.
The expansive master suite is located on the third floor, featuring a king-size bed, fireplace, coffee bar, and private deck. The master bath features carrera marble double vanities, a large soaking tub, and an oversized tiled shower. A fourth en suite bedroom with two double beds is also located on the third floor, as well as the second full-sized laundry area.

- NO Events, such as wedding receptions, fraternity and sorority gatherings, and other large events, are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as possible other fees or eviction will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE OF 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY during Spring Break and Summer
- A $600 cleaning fee and sales taxes will be charged in addition to the rental rate
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
- Except for a $250 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are made 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
