Property Description
The large sundeck and screen porch overlook the lagoon for a very tranquil setting. The Great Room is large and very open with a slider to the screen porch. There is a gas fireplace for those chilly winter nights. The 2 bedrooms are down a short hall way. The master bedroom and bath are on the right and have a queen bed and TV. The guest bedroom is on the left with a double and a single (sleeps 3). The kitchen is well equipped but does not have a dishwasher. The island bar has 2 bar stools so the whole family can participate in cooking. The dining table is on the lagoon side of the Great Room. The bike path goes along Jungle Road right in front of the house. There is plenty of parking for boats and cars. Other amenities include: wood floors throughout, DVD in the Great Room, Internet Service and RO Water. No Smoking on the property – even on porches and decks, PETS ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY. No Bed or Bath Linens, Refundable Security Deposit or non-refundable Damage Waiver required, The Optional Departure Cleaning & Optional Travel Ins are available.
