This four bedroom three bath house has plenty of sleeping options for any type of family/friends gathering. It also provides parking for multiple vehicles.

The layout of the floor plan is very balanced. The family room, the kitchen, the game/TV room and the three bedrooms are all located on the top floor. This allows for a good night's sleep for early birds and no worries for night owls who like to stay up late and chat with friends.

The heated pool with a hot tub measures 40'x16' and has varying depths from 3' to 5. There is a Tiki Hut right by the pool for relaxing and visiting, a Canal Side Beach Tiki Tiki for "Sand-Lovers", and a gas fireplace for your enjoyment at night.

Also, the jumbo Chess / Checkers and Corn Hole are located near the fire pit area

Our landscaping was created for those who are looking for privacy and seclusion in their own "Oasis". This is a truly relaxing environment.

You can explore the mangroves right in front of you/minutes away from Sombrero Beach or Bahia Honda State Park/Beach. Minutes by boat to the "Sombrero Reef", (The Home of North America’s Only Living Coral Barrier Reef and The Third Largest Coral Barrier Reef In The World !!!!!!!)! For amazing snorkeling .......... or diving, and fishing, it's literally only a 5-minute idle out of the canal to the "Ocean"-side.

Each bedroom has a flat-screen television. There is also a game area with a 50-inch TV and futon couch.

The dock is 115' long by 8' wide (approx 90' usable, as my boat/lift is located at the far end of the dock). It has 3 freshwater wash-down stations with electricity and plenty of dock space for your boat.
