Palms LUX Folly Beach Condo. Brand New place with brand new awesome furniture. It is 2 Bedroom 1 Bath unit with double doors that open onto Center St, a one block walk to the beach & over 20 shops, restaurants & bars. Excellent furnishings & a nice futon in the living room. You can also rent the front unit and there is an adjoining porch so you can combine the places and now have a 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath place that can very comfortably sleep 8-10 people. Also NOTE this is a NO PETS unit so it is very clean and safe for those with pet allergies!!!

The beach is less then a 5 minute, one block walk to the beach and totally walking distance to everything else that Folly Beach has to offer. There are over 20 shops, cafes, restaurants and bars that you can walk right out to and there is a 24 hour market one block away as well as a gas station convenience store with in walking distance.

This property is located in the heart of downtown Folly Beach and even though it is well insulated and is actually fairly quiet with all the windows shut, please be aware that on the weekends in particular, you will most likely hear sounds of nightlife. That said, this may not be ideal for families with small children or light sleepers. We do have white noise machines in the rooms to help with this too. If you like a more Urban feel where you can park once and walk everywhere then the Palms LUX Folly Beach Condo is where you should consider staying.

Historic Downtown Charleston is only about a 25 minute car ride away and Charleston is a very Uber friendly city and rides to downtown Charleston can be easily arranged.
