Property Description

This corner condo in Inlet Reef room 109 is a great place to bring the whole family. This is the only three-bedroom condo in IRC with three bathrooms. It sleeps eight people, so no Sofa Sleeper needed. This condo on the beach is spacious and manageable. It feels like a home on the ocean. .


The kitchen is spacious and has ample counter space. It also includes all the necessary appliances, dishesware, and silverware to prepare your favorite meal. There are two dining tables that can seat six people and one that seats four. This will ensure that everyone is comfortable while enjoying a relaxing evening on the beachfront. The laundry room is enclosed and has a full-size washer and dryer. A separate bar area is located at the opposite end of kitchen. It has a KitchenAid Ice Machine, which will ensure that your drink stays cold.

The Living Room features a large flat-screen HDTV and a Blu-Ray/DVD Player. There are also two separate access points to the Gulf front wraparound balcony. The Master Bedroom has 2 queen beds, a flat-screen HDTV and a DVD player. It also has access to the balcony. The Master Bathroom features a dual vanity area that is separated from the area where the bathtub/shower combination and walk-in shower are located.

The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen HDTV. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds and a flatscreen HDTV. The Living Room has one Guest Bathroom with a walk-in bathtub, while the other Guest Bathroom adjacent to the Guest Bedrooms has a combination bathtub/shower.

This condo is directly above the Inlet Reef pool and hot tub. You can access the beach or pool by stairs or elevator. The wrap-around balcony offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from this corner property.
