Property Description

Southern Comfort, a beautiful and spacious beach house, is new to the rental market. This charming home also includes a 6-seater street legal golf cart that can be used to make quick trips to the beach via Ed Walline Beach Access. You can also ride one of the four bikes. Super convenient, always fun.


The private pool (optional heating) is beautiful out back. So is the patio with built-in gas grill and large TV. You can watch movies in the warm pool or play a few rounds of cornhole. There is never a dull moment.

Enjoy the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with a commercial-sized refrigerator/freezer, and an oversized oven. The 9-foot island and the dining room table have enough space for 10. The large living room with big TV will entertain all your guests. Upstairs, you will find a large family room with a large TV, wine fridge, coffee bar, and a large TV. It opens onto a balcony with comfortable seating.

This home is ideal for multiple families because of the two main suites. Each floor has one with king size beds, double vanity and luxurious showers. The bunk room and two additional guest bedrooms with queens each have their own bathrooms.
