Red Tail offers plenty of space for large groups to relax, unwind and socialize in the comfort of home. The great room is open with a cozy living area beneath the picture windows, a dining table for 8 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with modern stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and extra seating at the bar. Sliding doors open to a furnished sun deck, perfect for morning coffee, sundowners, and social gatherings.

Through the kitchen is a spacious family room with a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, a sleeper sofa for extra guests, a winter fireplace, Boulder Lake views, and access to the sun deck. Another living area is situated on the lower level with a comfy sectional sofa, games table, large Smart TV, a convertible ping pong and pool table, and access to the outdoor patio – seamless indoor outdoor entertainment for your vacation in the Poconos.

Red Tail on Boulder Lake comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests in 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms each equipped with private TVs, split over all 3 levels with a convenient layout offering guest privacy for large groups.

The first floor features two bedrooms sharing a bathroom – bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 has two twins. On the third floor of the home is bedroom 4 with a queen and bedroom 5 with two twins, sharing a bathroom. There is a full laundry room on the first floor for guest convenience.

The spacious primary suite is situated off the great room and family room on the second floor. The bedroom features a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with a large, jetted tub and walk-in shower, and the cozy gas fireplace extends through from the family room offering winter warmth.  A half bath is conveniently located on the second floor near the stairs.

Red Tail Pet Policy

Pet Policy:  One pet is permitted. Limited to ONE Dog only per stay.  Dog must be disclosed up front at the time of inquiry/booking.   Dog must be housebroken and must be friendly with other dogs and people.  A non-refundable fee of $200 will be due at the time of booking.  If we receive complaints of barking/disturbance Pocono Mountain Rentals reserves the right to ask you to remove the dog immediately.  Undeclared dog will be charged $500 and you will be required to vacate the property.  Dog MUST be confined to the rental property or on a leash.  Dog handlers MUST clean up after their dog on and off the rental property. Guests will be responsible for all damage caused by the pet. Damages caused by the pet will not be included in the damage waiver agreement. Please contact our office immediately after becoming aware of any damage caused by the pet. The pet owner takes full responsibility of all damages and/or injuries to others caused by the pet. By booking this property you are agreeing to the terms and fees associated with bringing an approved dog.  We closely monitor all of our properties.
