Property Description

Ocean Walk is a beautiful condominium community located within walking distance of the Village Pier and its shops, restaurants and beach. The campus is very large and offers a park-like setting with oak trees that shade the buildings. The two large pools are surrounded by palm trees and colorful foliage. Other community amenities include an expansive duck pond and fountain, a tennis court, a fitness centre, and a children’s playground.
Ocean Walk B-4 is a beautifully decorated Ocean Walk Townhome, located in front of the complex directly across from one of two pools. The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, utensils and silverware. The refrigerator has an ice maker and is a large fridge with electric stove. The washer and dryer are both full-sized and located in the kitchen.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en-suite. The two additional guest bedrooms share a full bathroom located across the hall. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the other two twin-sized beds.

* The number of guests at this property is limited to six (6). • Sorry, but no pets are allowed in this unit.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
* Access to Massengale Beach is 1 mile, Coast Guard Station access is 1.5 miles, and the village & Pier are 1/2 mile away. All guests except multi-generational family members are required to rent a property at a minimum age of 25.

Good location just a short drive to the beach. The kids loved the pool on the property (complete with volleyball net), swings hanging from the trees were a nice surprise and they played on the playground. The Pier Village and Fort St. Simon were close with lots to do...we wished we could have stayed longer. Mary at the rental company was awesome. We would visit again.

We love staying in Ocean Walk. This condo was very clean and the beds were comfy. We will definitely stay here again. Our payment method got mixed up with someone else's but was corrected. No apology from Real Escapes but such is life.
