Real Escapes Properties proudly offers the Belle Cottage, located on 15th Street in East Beach neighborhood St. Simons Island.
Belle Cottage is located half a block away from the Gould's Inlet Beach Access. Gould's Inlet has a great beach access and is known for its fishing and kayaking.
You will be welcomed by a cozy living room, complete with a fireplace and oversized flat screen TV. The chef's kitchen is located here, as well as the dining area. Off the kitchen is a half-bath and a walk in pantry. The first master bedroom is located on the main level, past the kitchen. It has a King-size bed, TV, and a spacious master bathroom that includes a Jacuzzi bathtub and walk-in glass shower. This bedroom also has doors that lead to the pool area. The second master bedroom is located off the kitchen. It has a TV, a king-sized bed, and a full bathroom with a bathtub shower.
There are 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms upstairs. The first bedroom on the left has two twin beds, a television and a jack-njill bath that leads to another bedroom which has a queen-sized bed with a TV. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and one has a television. They also share a jack n' jill bathroom.
The back yard continues the exceptional ambiance with a hot tub pool combination and plenty of patio seating.

We really enjoyed staying at Belle Cottage. It was nice that the home sat on the ground so there weren't as many steps! It was very clean and comfortable, and very quiet. So easy to get to the inlet and we felt very safe in the community.
A couple of notes: the stove in the island does not work- doesn't seem to be connected to electricity. The door frames around the knobs of the exit doors need cleaned desparately- they are black with finger prints. The front porch left door doesn't always latch even when locked- it was open when we arrived on Saturday.
There needs to be a special small eyeglass screwdriver somewhere in the house that is noted for when the doors upstairs get locked and shut by children.
The spa doesn't get very hot, which was misleading maybe?
Also, I DESPERATELY want to know what kind of mattress the big master bedroom has, specifically the pillow top AND also the duvet comforter and pillows. I was in heaven in that bed- it was a dream!! I want to know what material is in those pillows and comforter please!!!!

This is our second year at this home and it’s always a great place to stay. Beds are comfortable, house is clean, great location. The hot tub wasn’t working, which was a bummer, but they were aware of the problem and waiting on a part for it to be fixed.
