Property Description

Ocean Walk is a beautiful condominium community located within walking distance of the Village Pier and its shops, restaurants and beach. The campus is very large and offers a park-like setting with oaks that are over 100 years old. The two large pools are surrounded by palm trees and colorful foliage. Other community amenities include an expansive duck pond and fountain, a tennis court, a fitness centre, and a children’s playground.
Ocean Walk Q-14. This is a fully renovated unit with new flooring, new doors, repainted walls, ceilings and lots of new furniture. It's located on the 2nd floor. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath vacation condo unit. It has central heating and air-conditioning, as well as bedroom remote-controlled ceiling fans.
The living room has a 42-inch HDTV 1040p, Blue-Ray player, WiFi, and comfortable furniture. The dining area features a large rectangular kitchen table with six chairs, a wall-sized mirror, and a pass-through.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils and silverware. The microwave is mounted under the cabinet. The refrigerator has an ice maker and is large. The stove is electric. The washer/dryer is very large, quiet and located in the kitchen. The sink has a modern design with a garbage disposal and a single-control faucet with a flex stream/spray head. There is also a dishwasher. All lighting is LED, with dimmable lighting under the counter.
The master bedroom features a solid king-sized bed, a dresser and three side tables. The HDTV is mounted on the wall and there is a ceiling fan. Both are remote controlled. The master bath is accessed through a walk-through wardrobe. The master bathroom is also refurbished with a comfort-height toilet, bath/shower, and a wooden cabinet for toiletries.
The guest bedroom is located across the hall. The bathroom has a shower/bath unit and a wooden cabinet to store toiletries. There is a bunk bed and a full-sized bed. A spacious closet and an HDTV are mounted on the wall. There is a small desk between the beds, which we find very useful.
The linen closet in the hall has two sets of towels and sheets for all beds, including the sleep-sofa.

• Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
* Access to Massengale Beach is 1 mile, Coast Guard Station access is 1.5 miles, and the village and pier are 1/2 mile away. All guests except multi-generational family members are required to rent a property at a minimum age of 25.
