Real Escapes Properties proudly offers this three bedroom, two bath residence located in the Sea Palms Golf Course community at Windward Point.
This unit has a welcoming foyer that opens to a spacious living, dining and kitchen area. The covered balcony offers views of the marsh as well as the Windward Point gated swimming pool. The split bedroom layout allows for privacy, and the master bedroom has a spectacular view of the marsh.
Sea Island offers stunning sunrises and a magnificent eastern marsh view. It is quiet and private. The ceilings are nine feet high and there is carpeting and tile flooring throughout. Windward Point is just a few steps from the Sago Restaurant, and an 18-hole marsh view golfcourse.

* The number of guests at this property is limited to six (6). • Pets are not allowed in this unit

Beautiful condo. Beautiful view. We just needed dish detergent and trash bags. It was Thanksgiving, so we weren't going to bother anyone. Our only big disagreement is paying $200 for cleaning and then being asked to strip all bed linens. We don't mind running the dishwasher and taking out all the trash, but we don't do linens after paying $200. Oh, and it was a little rude having the cleaners knock on our door at 9:45 am asking us when we would be leaving.

We unexpectedly needed to extend our vacation by starting a few days early and booked this property at the last minute. As always Real Escapes is a wonderful management company to deal with and this particular property was top of the line! I would rent this over and over again but the location is not in an area we typically stay in. I highly recommend this rental if your trip to SSI is for anything except the beach. We are hoping to plan a trip in the winter or spring at some point just so we can stay in this lovely condo again!

I booked this trip for our family of 6, ranging from 5 years old to 74, this was a perfect place for our family. Lots of room, super clean, a gorgeous sunrise each morning, quiet, and well stocked. This has to be one of the best places we have ever stayed in any location. Thank you for providing such a great spot for our family to welcome summertime! Having room to spread out, every amenity possible, and such a well-maintained spot was perfect. We will definitely keep your information in hopes to return in the future!

We love being able to stay in Sea Palms when we visit Saint Simons. The rental was clean and comfortable, has a super view of the marsh, is quiet and well-equipped.
