Property Description

Charming downtown home in Brevard, just steps from Main Street eateries, theatre, Silvermont Mansion and Park and so much more to explore.  The house has one bedroom on the main level, and three bedrooms on the upstairs level.  There is a full sized kitchen with full size appliances, guests have plenty of pots and pans, some spices and other kitchen items and a propane grill if cooking outside is preferred.  The home is in a residential neighborhood and there are similar homes on the street.  If bike storage is needed, it is easy to bring them into the back yard and secure them.  Bike washing station.   This house has been a vacation rental for some time, and is now under new management, so thank you for looking and thank you for booking.  There is an iron and ironing board, hangers in the closets, hairdryer and linens provided.  Bring your own coffee and come to Brevard for a true mountain vacation experience.  Less then 10 minutes to Brevard Music Center, Pisgah National Forest and 15 minutes to DuPont State Park.

Confirmed guests will receive a text message to the cell phone on the reservation with a link to the essential information you need to enjoy your stay like the door code and the directions.  The digital guide book  has information on the property and also on the area including restaurants, grocery stores and popular destinations.  Guests can go straight to the property at check-in time.
