This home is beautifully decorated throughout. The moment you step into the home will have you feeling light and airy. There is a white couch and chaise in the living room to relax on while watching the large mounted TV. There is direct access from the living room to the pool area. The open floor plan also allows direct access into the kitchen.  There are two barstools at the counter in the kitchen a separate dining table with seating for 6 guests.  You can stream videos easily with upgraded WiFi at 1.2 gigabyte speed - it’s fast !!

"Villa Rest Assured" has 3 bedrooms, all featuring queen beds. The master bedroom has a dedicated work space with a desk and chair - perfect for catching up on work while on vacation. There is also a large mounted TV in the master bedroom. The second guest room has a small work space, The last gust bedroom is beautifully decorated with palm tree décor and  also features a mounted TV. This home also has a den area with a desk and chair.

A key feature of the home is the outside lanai area. There is covered area with chairs as well as a table with seating for 4 guests. The pool has several chairs surrounding it to be able to soak up the sun. The grill is also located out by the pool where you can grill up delicious meals.

This home is pet friendly for (MAX. 2) non-aggressive and non-shedding dogs (up to 35lbs) with prior approval and a pet fee per pet (no cats).

Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25. Electricity is charged separately for this home at the rate of $15-25 per day. This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Pack & Plays (Portable Crib) and Highchairs are available with a small rental fee.
