Property Description

Tiburon Marsh, named a Finalist in Vacation House Review's N.C. Beach House Design Contest*, delivers breathtaking, panoramic marsh views and a glimpse of the ocean from its deck. This spacious, contemporary four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home offers serene privacy just a few minutes from the ocean. You will notice Tiburon Marsh's rich, warm hardwoods when you come in from its rocking-chair covered front porch to this reverse floor-plan's entry hall. The lower level offers three bedrooms. The first features two twin beds and shares a hall bath with the second bedroom. The second bedroom also provides two twin beds and accesses this floor's screen porch. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, also enjoys screened porch access and utilizes the full bath just outside its door.

As you climb the stairs, the home's clean lines, vaulted ceilings and panoramic views inspire you. The living space is bright and the perfect spot for family conversations or watching a movie. The hexagonal dining area is shaped and surrounded by windows to take best advantage of the serene marsh vistas. The kitchen flows from these two areas and gleams with granite counter tops, high-end stainless appliances and glass-front custom cabinets. The generous island provides ample prep space as well as additional breakfast bar seating. If you prefer al fresco meals, there's additional dining available in the upstairs screen porch. This level also houses a powder room, the laundry room and the master suite. The latter boasts a king bed, includes a spa-like en suite bath and grants private access to another rocking-chair deck.

This home's additional amenities include two four-passenger golf carts, an outdoor shower and WIFI. Plus, our homes' rental charges include cleaning fees, damage insurance and our Property Manager Assistance Line, available 24/7 ...something you'll appreciate if your air conditioning goes out on the weekend or you get a golf cart flat after 5 PM.
