"HAPPINESS IS" AT GULFPOINTE
Spacious upscale condo in a small (20 unit) complex
located on the Gulf in Marathon, “The Heart of the
Keys.” The mid-keys location, near the northern end of
the famous seven mile bridge, puts vacationers in easy
reach of all Keys attractions. Available toys include a
bike,fishing poles, small cooler,pool noodles, a kiddie
float, a stroller and a pack-n-play.
You can swim from the dock, lounge by the heated
pool, and enjoy water views from every room in the
condo and from the wrap around decks on both the
main and upper levels. If you prefer a more active
vacation, you can do it all: boat in the gulf or the ocean,
fish, snorkel or scuba dive. Your location near Vaca Cut
gives you quick access to both the Gulf and the ocean.
If you like a soft sandy beach, Sombrero Beach is about
10 minutes away. You can walk to the local seafood
market and enjoy fresh caught dolphin and shrimp to
cook at the condo or walk or drive to a myriad of
nearby restaurants. We’ll even give you directions to the
delightful “honeybun” place! Gulfpointe, sometimes
referred to as Paradise Point is directly off US Rt. l, so
there's convenient access to everything--yet the
peninsula surrounds you with beautiful water views and
makes you feel you are on your own private island!
If you want to get away, the Keys still have the charm.
You are away from the super highways, tall buildings,
and everything that goes with the work-a-day world. If
you are looking for KOKOMO, this is close as you'll get
stateside! Yet you still have nearby restaurants,
markets and the reassurance of a large local hospital.
Gulfpointe is a great place for families or couples of any
age. The condo has room enough for 2 couples to
comfortably share it for the entire winter season, or for
one couple to invite occasional guests or grandkids to

Rates are ATTRACTIVE and vary by season and number
of guests. We offer multi-week and multi-month
discounts and have ECONOMICAL last minute DEALS!
Weekly range $1000 to $1600
Monthly range $3300 to $4800
Town regulations only permit rentals of 7 days or
longer. Saturday starts are preferred.
Normal cleaning is included.

WATERFRONT, on the Gulf. Swimming on site from the
dock or from shore. Shoreline has coral outcropings,
not sand. Boating in the Gulf or the Ocean, easy access
to both from condo location close to Vaca Cut. Dockage
is available on a "first come" basis. All rooms have
paddle fans in addition to the A/C. Multi-level wrap
around decks provide great views. If you want a sandy
beach, Sombrero Beach, which has wonderful facilities,
is only about 10 minutes away. The pool is heated and
has lounge chairs. There are 3 free boat ramps in town
as well as numerous marinas.
Property Activities
RELAX AND ENJOY! Stay at the condo and "veg" with a
book or hop in the car--a short drive gets you
anywhere you want to be in under an hour. Within 5
miles you can fine 2 beaches, a golf course, library,
tennis and basketball courts even a skate park.
Shopping is easy, Publix, Winn Dixie, Super K Mart,
numerous gift shops.
Party in Key West, shop everywhere, visit museums,
swim with the dolphins-just have a fun! You can rent a
boat or bring your own, the dock is yours on a space
available basis. (We've never seen it full).
The Marathon Chamber of Commerce, within walking
distance of Gulfpointe has booklets and information on
all of the many sporting and educational offerings of
the Keys. You'll also find numerous brochures, menus &
other pieces of helpful info about the area right in the
unit.
There's a movie theater in town, fabulous restaurants,
every type of water sport imaginable, helicopter tours,
jet ski rentals, sailing school, kayak rentals. You can
even spend a day aboard a working lobster boat--and
you get to eat your catch.
Through the years we've toured the East Coast and the
West Coast of Florida, but we have kept coming back to
the Keys. We hope your Keys vacation will be "special"
for you also.
