Greenbank Cottage is a wonderful contemporary adaptation of Maine's traditional turn-of-the-century shingle style cottage homes. The house is large and airy, surrounded by a covered porch and open deck, with the sparkling waters of Casco Bay and your own private beach just a few feet away.
The master suite is located on the first floor, with two more bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor. A TV room/bedroom with a fold-out single bed is also located on the second floor; a cot can be added to this room. A second TV room, with a double futon, is located on the lower level.
Greenbank Cottage's unique features include satellite TV and pay-per-view movies, as well as the use of a golf cart, a rowboat, and two bicycles.
