Dear Celine and Yvon:
My husband and I spent a very enjoyable month at Donald Willoughby's condo in PSL this past February. As in most of Florida, the dining is quite casual. There are lots of restaurants in the area. I would suggest getting the local paper and peruse the restaurant section. Conchy Joe's is in Jensen Beach on the shore road where the bridge goes over to Hutchinson Island. It's a quirky seafood place that's been around forever. Also Wahoo's, another seafood restaurant just below the Roosevelt
Bridge that goes over to Stuart. I'm sure you'll just have fun exploring the area. There is also a german restaurant right at the corner of PSL Avenue which we did not try but it looked quite pleasant. I hope some of this will be helpful to you.
Best wishes,
Ann Marie Crossman
