Situated just three blocks from the center of Ketchum, this luxury home provides a grand atmosphere and walk to anything convenience. This new home was recently redecorated top to bottom (finished December 26th 2004) and has one guest stay in it over the holidays. The three level open floorplan is complete with decks on every floor. You enter on the Mid (main) level with the stairways to the top and bottom floors to your left (as well as a powder room). The Great Room is to your left with the dining area after that. As you wrap around the entryway, you will find yourself in a extra large gourmet kitchen. Past the kitchen is the informal dining room complete with a library and entertainment system. The house itself is wired for stereo sound in every room. Around the far side of the kitchen is the laundry room, pantry room and two car heated garage. Downstairs is the Second master with a Queen bed, the Third Bedroom with a Queen bed, the fourth bedroom with two twin beds and a fifth small bedroom with twin bunk beds. Upstairs on the third floor is the grand master bedroom with spectacular views and decks off of the front and back. It also has an extra large bathroom with both an anterior and exterior vanity. This home is large to begin with but feels extra spacious due to the picture windows in every room.
