The living room has ample seating featuring two sofas, 3 chairs and large 50" flat screen TV with surround sound stereo through the condo.
The breakfast area has seating for 4
The separate dining room has seating for 6
The kitchen has custom made cabinets with GE Profile appliances, hardwood floor & is fully equipped.
The laundry room has a large capacity Washer & dryer
The condo has a Pantry.
Beautiful marble floors extend through out this condo with the exception of Carpet in the Bedrooms and hardwood in the kitchen.
Custom Lighting has been installed through out the condo.
The condo has 5, "floor to ceiling" glass doors that open onto the large 2000 sq ft porcelain tiled deck, from the dining room through the living room and the Master bedroom. From any of these locations you have a magnificent view of the Emerald Bay/inter-coastal water way and the Optic lighted Lazy river and Oasis of pools.
On the spacious deck you have several tables with 10 chairs plus several lounges and on the lower deck facing the Bay, you have a 4-6 person Private Hot tub Jacuzzi and a large gas grill.
The Oasis of pools & lazy river Lagoon offer on site tubes for floating and playing in the Optic lighted river, a large heated pool with waterfalls, two large Spa Hot tubs, & other pools. There is also a large tiled area to sunbathe with numerous lounges and chairs with tables & colorful Umbrellas. OR, if you may just want to relax under the Palm trees and look out over the Beautiful emerald Bay.
As a Guest, you also have easy access to the Gulf side, where you have 4 miles of private Sugar Sands Beach, A magnificent Children's water garden playground, Showers, Beach chairs & Umbrellas, A State of the Art Fitness Center, Rest Rooms, restaurant, and much more.
