Full kitchen with dishwasher, corian "beach glass" countertops, tiled bath with rainfall shower, murphy wall bed with premium Queen mattress,
sliding glass doors looking out to the beach,additonal outdoor shower,electic heat,plasma tv/dvd premium linens and towels.
Additional Rate Information
May $850 per week $225 per day 3 day minumum
June 1-15 $1000 per week $250 per day 3 day minimum
June 15-August 31 $1650 per week Saturday to Saturday rental period
September $1000 per week $250 per day 3 day minimum
October $850 per week $225 per day 3 day minimum
Does not include 7% state tax
$150 damage deposit
Rates include departure cleaning and linens at no additional cost
50% due within 7 days of booking
Remainder due 60 days prior to visit
Strictly enoforced by association no pets and limit 3 occupants
