Property Information
The large opened beamed great room and huge rockwork log-burning fireplace provide a wonderful center to this home. Walls of glass allow full view of the beautiful surrounding naturescape.
From the long rocking chair front porch to the series of decks surrounding the house, the rushing sound of the Sylvan Lake Falls, at the side of the property, serenades the outside living spaces.
This super home is located in Sylvan Lake Falls, 3 miles north of Clayton, close to Black Rock Mountain State Park. The park has great hiking trails, and this property is between Clayton and Dillard, in Wolffork Valley, one of the prettiest valley's in the county.

* These rates are for 4 people. Extra persons are $15 per person per night, or $75 per week. Children under 5 years are free.
*There is 12% lodging tax to all vacation rentals under 3 weeks long.
PET FEES:
Pets are welcome. $50 per animal per weekend, $75 per week. We request owners use parasite control.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing thirty (30) days prior to arrival to be eligible for a refund. If the cancellation is less than thirty (30) days before the arrival date, we will attempt to rebook your reservations. If we successfully rebook your reserved time period, we will move you to another time slot only - no refunds after 30 days. If we are unable to rebook your reserved time period, your deposit will be lost. All cancellations/refunds/time changes to reservations will be charged a $40 administration fee. Christmas & Thanksgiving holiday bookings are the exception - no refunds, period.

A huge kitchen runs the length of the great room with 2 cook tops (eight burners), oven, side-by-side fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and a long bar. The outside gas BBQ adds to your self-catering options.
The master bedroom suite, a large haven unto itself, has a private deck, king bed, queen sleeper sofa, TV and en-suite bathroom.
Three further bedrooms, 2 with king beds and one double, share a second adjacent bathroom. The great room also holds a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional sleeping options. An extra sleeping area is on the lower level, with one double and two single beds, making this home perfect for large groups or family gatherings. A washer/dryer is also conveniently placed on the main level. There is a TV in every bedroom, plus a TV in the kitchen.
The home has central heat and A/C, cable TV & VCR. Pets are welcome, and one of the decks has a locking gate for optional pet containment. Please use parasite control.
There is ample parking for many cars. Smokers are welcomed on the outside covered decks only.
