Absolutely spectacular setting and location on Great Pond with 200 feet of sandy beachfront on 4 acres. Enjoy the gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains and waterfront from the huge deck facing the water. Large grass yard has plenty of room for relaxing and the kids to play.
This cottage comes equipped with 2 kayaks, badmitton set and yard toys.
Note: There is an additional 2 bedroom, fully equipped apartment that can accomodate up to 4 additional people on the property. Apartment has full kitchen, full bath, and deck overlooking the water. Apartment can be rented for additionl $500 per week. This apartment can also be rented off-season as a separate unit. Call for additional details.

There are many miles of well-maintained trails through the Kennebec Highlands and local guides specializing in fishing trips. Belgrade Lakes Golf Club, a public, top 5 rated course in the country is just minutes from Belgrade Lakes Village. World class rafting trips on the Kennebec, Dead and Penobscot rivers are only 90 minutes away. Acadia National Park is only 2 hours away. The famous LL Bean store and Freeport outlet shopping is only a 45 minute drive from the lakes. The Belgrade Community Center also offers fun summer activities for the kids.
