On the ground level is a two-car garage, laundry room and two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The larger room has a queen and one twin bed and a sliding glass door leading to a private patio and the hot tub. The second downstairs bedroom has twin beds and an inviting western theme.
Upstairs, the living area is spacious and inviting with huge windows and elegant, comfortable furnishings. The living room has a plush sectional couch, fireplace and large screen plasma television.
Filled with designer touches, a modern, fully stocked kitchen and dining area are complemented by a heated balcony with outdoor grill and patio table. Also on this floor is one of the master suites which has a king bed, balcony and private bath.
On the third floor is a comfortable loft office and the second Master suite. This suite has a king bed, gas fireplace, huge private bath and closet with a plasma television.
