The first floor living area has a full sound system with a 42” Plasma TV, as well as a gas/wood fireplace, making this a cozy gathering area for the whole family.
The fully updated kitchen has a professional gas range, dishwasher and ice maker, and features beautiful granite countertops with plenty of space for an enthusiastic cook. The spacious dining room comfortably seats eight people.
There are 2 master suites, each with a King bed and TV - one on the main floor and one on the second floor. Both suites have private bathrooms; the one upstairs has a hot tub and a separate shower.
The second floor boasts an additional living area with its own 32” TV, DVD and sound system. There is also a third bathroom and two additional bedrooms with queen size beds.
This unit is a short walk to the Warm Springs lift and has full use of the Prospector amenities, including the hot tub and summer pool. The washer and dryer facility is just a step away.
Pets are welcome with an additional deposit, however, to help maintain the integrity of this property, smoking is not permitted.
