The well appointed kitchen is a nice gathering spot with two barstools and the dining room seats six people nicely for a private dinner. Off the living room and master bedroom is a deck with great views of Baldy and perfect for summer BBQs. The amenities for this unit include underground parking and storage, and a hot tub on the premises. This is a non-smoking property and sorry, pets are not allowed.
