This condominium with great views of Baldy, which is conveniently located at the base of Dollar Mountain and very close to Sun Valley village, has three bedrooms plus loft and 3 baths. The unit is ideal for a larger group (8) being spacious, open and sunny.
The master bedroom has a king with its own bath, the second guest bedroom has a Cal king also with its own bath, the third guest bedroom has a set of bunks and shares a bath in the hallway, and the loft has a full futon (plus a telescope). There is a dining room table with six chairs.
The furniture is tastefully done and is predominantly new and there are updates including new mattresses, linens, and toilets. There are 2TV’s (one being flat screen), DVD, VCR, stereo, MW, D, W/D, gas log fireplace, cable modem and wireless access. This unit has an on-site summer use pool/hot tub and clubhouse. This is a smoke free property and sorry, pets are not allowed.
