Property Information

This brand new 3 bedroom home located in Rangeley Maine offers gorgeous views of Haley Pond and Bald Mountain. There is a convenient access to the ATV and snowmobile trails (ITS 89). Skiing at Saddleback Mountain is only 15 minutes away. An off site shared private access to Rangeley Lake with a pic-nic area and boat launch is also available for our guests. Additionally, an 18 hole golf course is located nearby.

Summer weekly rentals include the use of a boat slip on Rangeley Lake. Bring your own boat or party boats, fishing boats, kayaks and canoe rentals are available.

The rentals include towels, linens, garbage pickup and cleaning.

The above rates do not include the 7.0% Maine Lodging Tax.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: credit card

Check In: 4 PM

Check Out: 10 AM

Deposits: A credit card is required for all reservations. 50% down and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

Lodging Tax: 7 %

Cancellation Policy: Deposits are refunded with cancellation 120 days prior to arrival date. After 120 days deposit will only be refunded if the home re-rents. If cancellation occurs within 30 days, all monies paid will only be refunded if the home re-rents. A $40 processing fee is charged for all returned deposits.

Other Fees: We reserve the right to charge your credit card for excessive cleaning, damage or any missing items.
