What a beautiful location! Right by the river, guests staying at this West Ketchum condo will enjoy unparalleled beauty in their back yard. On the main level is a spacious shared living space with a half bath near the entry, an updated, fully equipped kitchen with a cozy seating area and formal dining for six guests. The living room has comfortable seating surrounding the wood burning fireplace and TV/DVD player. A functional desk is set up near the circular staircase and a sliding glass door leads to the shaded deck and river beyond.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen bed and balcony with views of the mountains and river below. A full bath is shared with a second guest room, which also has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath. Skylights and a large laundry room complete the upstairs private quarters.
Located in the middle of the complex, a summer use pool and year round hot tub are nearby. There is a designated parking area for Sun & Powder tenants and the River Run ski lifts are close by. To help maintain the beauty of this property, smoking or pets are not allowed.
