This 2,700 sq ft 3 bedroom, 3-½ bathroom townhouse is located in Elkhorn on the fairway and very close to the central amenity center and the new golf clubhouse. This very nicely appointed unit is on 3 levels and features a Mexican tile entryway, parquet flooring in kitchen, and tan plush carpeting throughout. Open living area includes cathedral windows and ceiling around river rock wood-burning fireplace with gas starter, high-speed internet access, TV, VCR and Stereo with CD player.
There is a large pavered patio off the living room has gas BBQ and fabulous views of Elkhorn golf course and the hills around it. Open kitchen has Subzero fridge, double ovens, microwave, and dishwasher matching the whitewashed pine cabinetry and trim. There is a powder room on this level. One level down features laundry area with stackable washer/dryer, sink, storage area and access to two car, heated garage.
On the second level sharing a balcony with views of surrounding mountains are one guest bedroom with a queen and its own bath and the another guest bedroom with 2 twins also with its own bath.
Third level is the master suite with king bed, cathedral ceilings, his & hers sinks, jetted tub, walk-in closet, large glass shower, and separate toilet area. The Harker Center and Elkhorn amenities are included with use of Jacuzzi, game room, and summer-use pool and tennis. This is a smoke free unit, and sorry, but pets are not welcome.
