Situated in the North Ketchum area, this luxurious, secluded property is surrounded by aspen and pine trees and looks out onto the Big Wood River. With a main and guest house in close proximity, everything discerning guests might require for a wonderful vacation is provided.
The one-level main house opens to a grand shared living space, complete with slate flooring, vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling, wrap-around windows, skylights, a raised formal dining area that will seat 10 guests, and a grand piano. Three seating areas focus around the rock fireplace, the entertainment center and the full bar set up. Guests may access the large patio/deck surrounding the home with a BBQ grill, comfortable furnishings and private hot tub. The kitchen is state-of-the-art, with two dishwashers and stoves, a gas fireplace, river views, patio access, dining area for 8 guests and bar seating for 4. Nearby is the office/den with a flat screen TV/DVD, private bath, and queen sofa sleeper. Just down the hall is the first guest bedroom with a king size bed, river views, office area and private bath with Jacuzzi tub. The huge master bedroom has wrap around windows and skylights with river views, an office and workout area, TV/DVD player, walk-in closet, dual shower and sunken Jacuzzi tub.
A covered walkway connects the main house and guest house close by. A cold entry leads guests into an open space with a full kitchen, dining area for 6 guests, game area with pool table and sunken living area with fireplace and entertainment center. There are four guest bedrooms. The first has a king sized bed with a double sofa sleeper and private bath with walk in closet. The second has two queen beds, an office area with TV/VCR and private bath. The third guest room has a queen sized bed, full bath and the washer/dryer for the guest house. Finally, there is a loft above the kitchen with a twin bunk bed.
