Great location, privacy and seclusion on virtually your own private beach. Very few properties nearby, and a gated subdivision. Yet we walked to Rosemary Beach, Seagrove Beach and Alyce Beach in minutes. A short drive to Sandestin, and PCB if you care to. Property updated with marble in kitchen and big screen TV's, private pool for cooling off - a wonderful stay.

For a couple get away this place can't be beat! Gorgeous property! Excellent views and wonderful beach. Pool is too good to tell. We highly recommend it.

My wife and I stayed at Paradise Romantica for our honeymoon this past year and we enjoyed every second of it. The location is excellent, as we were 20 minutes west from the night life of Panama City and 20 minutes east from the great shopping of Destin. Additionally, the quaintness and privacy provided by the small group of vacation homes in this subdivision, the open space between the lots, the privacy fence around the home and private pool at the home provided an extremely relaxing and romantic environment for us to relax once we returned from a day out and about. The local shops were also very enjoyable, with great breakfast pastries and coffee for breakfast and small wine bars. We could have walked to these easily, but chose to rent bicycles for the week (which we would recommend doing). There was a state park several miles up that we were able to ride our bikes to, but you have to pick a cooler day to do this. Within a short driving distance were our two favorite restaurants, Red Bar and Café Tango. If you like crab cakes, fresh fish and melt in your mouth filet, these two restaurants are a must. With regard to the inside of the vacation home, it was very tastefully decorated and very clean. The kitchen provided plenty of room for eating in and the refrigerator and cabinet space was very good. The beds were also very comfortable and we enjoyed watching movies late at night on the 60 some inch tv (we didn’t actually measure it). The view of the ocean from the balcony was nice and we enjoyed having coffee and breakfast outside of the master bedroom balcony each morning. We were close enough to the ocean that you can just barley hear the waves crashing on the beach. All in all, Paradise Romantica was very charming and provided a great escape and unforgettable honeymoon memories. We would highly recommend a stay and look forward to returning soon.
